Christmas I-sing performance

What a way to end the year, watching the I-sing Christmas performances, which went off by the way!  Finishing it off with a mean feed of kfry and fresh fruit with ice cream for desert was just the cherry on top, yum! 😋

 I really enjoyed sitting back and watching some pretty wicked performances, especially the haka, from my mates as they prepare for their Christmas iSing xmas performance.

Movie

 I decided to chill out and watch a movie called “The Fart” and what do ya know, it stunk!

Halloween skull

 I enjoyed doing some Halloween art this week. I picked out this cool skull mould and painted it purple and black. 

Purple disco

 I danced the day away with my friends at our Purple Disco day this week. I enjoyed some scrummy gourmet sandwiches for lunch, they were a yummy!

Hot dogs

 I enjoyed joining the creative kitchen crew to make some quick and easy hot digigit dogs! Mmm mmmm it was a yummy treat for my morning tea. 

Duck feeding

I checked out the Belvedere Reserve with some mates, we fed the ducks, geese and eels. I even spotted a couple of small toy boats in the water. It was nice to be out and about. 

Playing cards

I played a few hands of uno with my staff, I shared some pretty funny jokes, we had lots of laughs and fun.

 

Window art

I made a pretty cool flower using cellophane amd paper placemats, we made a bunch of cool art to stick on the windows. We now have cool colourful windows to look out.

 

Chilling

 I became a merman for the afternoon with this pretty mermaid blanket on me, all I needed was a mermaid ha ha. I enjoyed chilling in the sensory room. 

Sonic Cinema

I went to the Sonic Cinema to watch the movie School of Rock movie. I think its a very good moive and it was funny and made me laugh. 

Corn hole

 I had a great time heading down to Greerton marist with friends to play some corn hole and ring toss games. I was a natural! 

Piano Performance

Wilrose was fortunate to have a lovely piano player perform for us. She played lots of old school songs, some of which I knew and swayed too. She was pretty awesome!

Connect & Explore - Playing Pool

 I played pool at the citz club with a few of my mates. I love being out in the community, especially when it includes socialising with mates and having fun. 

Matariki Hangi Fundraiser & Disco

We celebrated Matariki with an awesome disco and yum food. I boogied the morning away with my mates and was spoilt with a yum hāngi lunch. It was such an awesome day.

Board game fun

I spent my morning playing games and cracking up with my mate Modz. We played cards, jumbo connect four and hungry hippos. It was a chill way to start the day. 

Garlic bulbs

I tried something different today. I sowed garlic bulbs.

 

Watching WWE

I really enjoy watching the wrestling during my time. If I'm not watching people jump all over eachother, you'll find me listening to Nirvana or a band of the sort.

Anzac Park

 I enjoyed hanging with mates in the sun at Anzac park this Friday. I even had a go at tossing a ball around which was cool

Wilrose 2024 Talent Quest

 I swolled my nerves and got up on the stage to do my sit down comedy act for this year's Wilrose Talent Quest. I got quiet a few laughs and came in at second place ohhhhhh yeah!

I had an awesome morning at memorial park enjoying the sunshine with my friends.

Happy Birthday to ME

 I had a choice day celebrating my birthday with my mates at Wilrose. My chocolate cake was delicious.

Picnic at Omokoroa

 I had a great time warming up I the sun out at Omokoroa. It was good catching up with friends and having a picnic lunch.

Feeding the birds

 I had a choice morning out with my friends. We fed lots of birds and ducks at Carmichael Reserve. 

Talentquest practice

 I have been practicing some jokes to tell at our Talentquest coming up. 

Easter activity

I enjoyed the challenge of doing a dot to dot Easter bunny this week in Twinkl. It was a bonus getting a yummy chocolate Easter bunny treat to take home  from Arohanui. Happy Easter!

Practiced for talent quest

 Today we all were practicing for the Wilrose talent quest.

Frixday day fun

 We went out to Anzac Park for some sports and socializing with my friends. I even had a swing it was great fun.As well doing some singing.

 Hi had a fun day at Kulim park  with friends. The weather was great.  We had a great BBQ.

Pilot Bay

 I had an awesome morning at Pilot Bay beach with my friends. 

Fun and games

 I had a great time playing different games including some cards with my friends this week. We also had a challenge at wii bowling! 

Rotary park

 I enjoyed going out to Rotary park in Mangatapu for the morning with friends. We played some volleyball and listened to music. There were some really nice views!
